What began as a hobby and love of beer, quickly became a passion project. It started in July of 2020 when Rich and his wife bought their house in Napa, CA. After being away from home brewing, during his college days at Sacramento State, he bought what is now our pilot brewing system. The initial intent was just to have fun and get back into brewing beer. However, that quickly changed as Rich’s UCLA MBA classmates began to encourage him to try and open a brewery. After a year of creating his first few craft beer recipes, brewing, and sharing them with his classmates, friends, and family; it was clear from their feedback it was time to take the next step and turn his love of brewing and talent for crafting great beer into the company you now know and will soon love.

Mystic Brüin Company is located in Napa, California and owned and operated by a Marine Corps Veteran. At Mystic Brüin we are committed to brewing the highest quality craft beer with complexity and finish that shows our passion for the craft. We use only the finest, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients. Our goal is to brew unique traditional beer with a twist of innovation and bohemian creativity, creating new recipes so good they’re mystical, keeping you thirsting for more.
